The fast path. We provision a branded workspace on our infrastructure — your logo and colors, no DNS work on your side. Most teams use this to launch while their custom domain clears IT.

The full white-label. You point a CNAME at us, we issue the certificate, and the platform runs on a domain you own. EmployeeSight disappears from the address bar entirely.

This is also why employeesight.com has no public login — our customers sign in on their own domains, not ours.

What is white-label HRMS?

White-label HRMS is HR and payroll software that a company offers under its own brand — its logo, colors, and domain — while a platform vendor operates the software underneath. With EmployeeSight, your employees or clients see your product; we run payroll, attendance, and compliance behind it.

How is white-label priced?

Quoted per deployment: a per-employee platform fee plus a white-label license. The exact numbers depend on headcount and whether you’re branding one company or reselling to many. Request a quote and the proposal arrives within one business day.

Can we use our own domain?

Yes. Point a CNAME at us and the platform runs on a domain you own, like hr.yourcompany.com, with SSL issued for it. A branded subdomain on our infrastructure is also available as the faster path.

Whose data is it?

Yours. Employee data in a white-label deployment belongs to you (or your client, where you resell), hosted in AWS Mumbai (ap-south-1). A DPA is available, and the DPDP Act 2023 posture is the same one we publish on /security.

How fast can we launch?

A branded subdomain is live within days of the agreement. A custom domain adds your DNS change and certificate issuance on top — typically the slowest step is your own IT queue, not ours.

Can resellers bill their clients directly?

Yes. You set your client pricing and invoice them yourself; we bill you the platform fee and license. Your margin is your business.
