The platform’s most useful feature is also its least visible. Every employee has one canonical record. HR fields (PF UAN, designation, leave balance, salary) and Work fields (focused hours, productivity score, project load) live on the same record — no nightly sync, no merge conflicts, no “the spreadsheet says X but the dashboard says Y.”

03 · Payroll from attendance
Attendance closes. Payroll runs. No one’s sending a CSV.
When attendance closes on the 30th, payroll has the days, the leaves, the overtime, and the loss-of-pay already. The calculation runs automatically, with state-specific PT slabs and TDS recompute. By 09:14, slips are emailed and the bank payout file is queued.

The platform

Can I start with one product and add the other later?
Yes. Switch on the second product from your settings whenever you’re ready; we’ll auto-migrate your employee records and apply the platform price retroactively from the day you upgrade.
Is the 'unified profile' just sync between two databases?
No. Same record, one database. HR and Work read and write the same employee row. There is no ETL, no nightly job, no “the dashboard hasn’t caught up” conversation.
What happens to cross-module reports if I downgrade to one product?
You keep historical reports for 90 days as read-only. After that, the reports that depended on the second product are archived. Your data isn’t deleted; you just can’t generate new joined reports until you upgrade again.
Do you support SSO on every plan?
Single sign-on (Google, Microsoft) is included with the Platform plan. SAML and SCIM are Enterprise. Email/password is available on every plan.
How do role-based permissions work?
We ship with four default roles — HR admin, finance, manager, employee — each with a baseline visibility scope. Custom roles are available on the Platform plan. Every change is audit-logged.
Where does the data live?
All customer data is hosted in Mumbai (ap-south-1). DPDP Act 2023 compliant. See /security.
What about implementation time?
Most teams move both products together in 2–3 weeks. We provide a migration template, a free first payroll cycle review, and a Slack channel with the engineering team during implementation.
Do you offer on-premise?
For Enterprise teams, yes. Self-host the platform in your own AWS, GCP, or on-prem environment with the same managed update cadence. Talk to sales for details.
